船艇学院后门（原药科大学门）天天早晚城市排水到人行道影响行人通行，叨教谁来管管？

已经入冬，眼看气温就要零下了，船艇学院后门（原药科大学门）人行道上天天都有污水排挤，炎天还好，顿时气温就要零下一早晨下来必定会结冰，万一滑到行走的路人这个义务谁出？请有关部分整改下~
