2017年11月24日“中鼎老来乐养老办事中心”举行了“多元宅送——重点优抚工具生活顾问办事”的公益活动，本活动为期八个月，在这八个月中，我们会给老人送去温情、剃头、健康、清洁、祝愿、丁宁等办事。多元宅送—送温情明天起头啦，初次上门造访了重点优抚工具的老人，给他们送去我们最真诚的问候与关心。

自愿者为老人具体讲授活动内容，帮助他们填写问卷观察表，建立杰出的信赖关系，为以后的一系列活动打下坚固的根本。
