润州花园一期的改建究竟为了什么

比来润州花园小区一期正在改建。很多绿化消失，酿成停车场。而应当为业主真正斟酌的改建却没有做。8栋楼北边是高高的台阶，电动车没法通行。楼南方有一条小路，大约宽1米，很窄，很长。稍微大一点的电动车都没法拐弯。这栋楼的居民的电动车收支很不方便。小路上的彩色砖会积水，比来只修了一半，剩下一半又不弄了。叨教物业叫大师签字时的许诺做到了吗？是为什么改建小区？这里的栏杆非常阻挡车子拐弯
