讲个变乱，不想喷谁，算是征询乞助吧，快递物品丧失，未保价，补偿金额不能告竣分歧，只能诉讼处理吗？

由于亲戚工作调剂，7月份搬场回广东，本人是个淘宝卖家，就拜托我帮手邮寄一个包裹，包裹比力大，15kg，由于天天快递的协议运费比圆通、申通等廉价一点，想省点钱的，就发了天天快递，包裹是我打包的，用了2个箱子，外箱尺寸大约是60cm*50cm*40cm，5层加厚纸箱。

内物首要为：
（1）几件衣服（其中2件是亲戚给其母亲买的礼物，沐兰(MORELINE)牌的羊绒衫和连衣裙一件，代价跨越2000元，残剩几件为蚕丝睡衣、连衣裙等，有新的也有旧的，大几百块钱还是值的）；
（2）公牛等品牌接线板一袋11只；
（3）沙发床的拼装螺丝、五金配件一包；
（4）自动雨伞2把；
物品于7月24日揽收，8月初，亲戚回到广东，发现包裹还未收到，因而我联系快递，快递查询后说快递能够在广州分拨中心丧失，许诺帮手查找，这一点镇江天天快递做的还不错的，有个客服就加了我QQ，天天在他们内网发一些物品的图片给我识别，也很有耐心，这里要点赞，详见下方图片。
经过了快要2周的寻觅，找到了2把自动雨伞，其他物品确认丢失，镇江天天快递也是积极帮我打点索赔手续，提交代价证实、指纹手印、身份证照片等一套材料。那时，大师都以为上报天天总部后，会判广州分拨中心补偿，天天让我代价证实可以多写一点，说现实索赔会打个折，那时我感觉天天快递简直是业界良知。
但是，等了一周后，最初他们总部判决由镇江天天公司停止补偿，这就为难了，随后，镇江天天客服找我相同，能否补偿1000元了结此事，可是这个和货值相去较大大，况且物品不是我本人的，差值部分或多或少我要给亲戚一点抵偿，我也很被动，我是何等希望物品没丢，耽搁一个月也就算了。
我联系广州分拨，希望他们能再找一下，可是每次接电话的不是同一小我，对付回应，会继续找的，然后并没有什么消息；后来我征询天天总部客服，看通话记录联系了6次吧，总部客服让我与镇江天天协商，再后来，镇江天天答复我说，总部代为处置，他们就不介入了；
接着，我到国家邮政局网站申述，大约2周左右邮政治理局电话回访，说他们只能调解权，由于物品没有保价，现在快递公司愿意补偿1500元，已经跨越快递单后背格式条目很多了，假如不能接管调解，可以经过其他路子维权。
国庆节前，我和镇江天天快递的客服相同，客服说带拥有斟酌补偿，约定节后了结此事，节后发现，已被客服拉黑，屡次增加也未回应。。。。
希望自己的亲身履历能给大师提个醒，珍贵物品挑选合适的快递公司，最好能保价，也希望获得大师的倡议，本周我已联系了律师和新区法院，假如协商纷歧致，法院判赔几多，我都认了，不晓得能否是镇江未保价物品索赔第一案。
