2017年5月初，兴趣勃勃在红星美凯龙KD凯蒂全屋定制定了三个衣柜和一个书柜，感受美美的，在安装前自动将尾款交清，却不知这是噩梦的起头。
7月31日安装衣柜的徒弟8：00就上门，上班族只能是连结信赖的心态，希望徒弟安装进程中认真负义务，期待放工后能看到制品。放工后，到了工地，安装徒弟主寝室衣柜安装已经根基完成，次卧起头安装柜头和罗马柱。柜头需要切角安装，没有带切割机，迁就着问地板安装的徒弟借来用，这一切，家里好像仙境，烟雾围绕。切完后暗语发黄，随即问道能否是不应当这样，这黄斑能擦了吗？徒弟说没事，一擦就没了。术业有专攻，我们也不懂，以为安装就这样。待到17：30领会到，当日安装不完，还要再来一天，我们也就回家吃完饭了。晚饭后我们商量着，将原本采办好的开关送去新房。当我们20：20进了小区，远远看见新房灯亮了（亮灯的屋子此前未通电），门也紧闭，我们心慌了。一进门，只闻声安装的徒弟嚷道不做了，不做了，起头我们只是以为徒弟活多，当算加班加点，待到徒弟走后越想越差池。我们就对家里的工具停止了检查，当检查到衣柜时怎样看怎样差池。衣柜柜体上有明显损坏，柜门存在色差，柜体多出存在肉眼可见的误差（两侧最大误差0.7mm）。当晚就实时和他们店里相同，老板娘让我安心。可是心心存疑虑，还是找了木匠上门征询。经过水平仪校订，衣柜高低垂直误差在0.8mm.柜体门的误差由于罗马柱的规定，已经没有可以调剂的空间。经过相同，约了老板娘8月1日下午去看现场。在现场，对于柜子存在的质量及安装题目，我们提出退货，要不重新定做，店家不亮相。8月2日店家电话回答，说是别的带了徒弟看了衣柜，说是整整就好，还认定我们看中他人家的柜子，可爱至极。大师一路来看看衣柜。
