7月18号，六安市的李玲到安徽省立医院西区，把年头手术时留在大腿内的钢钉取出来。19号上午，医生让她出院前再拍个电影，看看结果怎样样，成果拍电影的时辰，居然发现大腿内遗留了一个螺丝帽一样的异物。
7月19号下午，在省立医院西区1号楼住院部的五楼，记者见到了李玲和她的支属，李玲告诉记者，她们已经等了快一天了，却始终没有见到院方相关负责人。

李玲先容，今年年头，一场意外致使她的左腿大腿根部骨折，并在省立医院西区停止了手术，7月18号，按照医嘱，李玲在家人的伴随下，再次来到省立医院西区将大腿内的钢钉取出来。但是最初一次拍电影的时辰，她居然发现大腿内部有一个像螺丝帽一样的异物。
从李玲供给的X光片中可以看到，左大腿处确切有异物。发现题目以后，院方也确认这个异物确切是螺丝帽。但要手术取出，还需要李玲再次缴费，这让李玲和家人没法接管。

既然肯定是手术遗留的螺丝帽，院方为何要求患者承当手术用度呢？随后，记者找到了该院骨科主任张继学。
