2017年11月28日镇江市京口区老来乐社康综合办事中心的工作职员来到谷阳社区，为“贴心小护士——留守老人平安用药指导计划”项目展开“贴心小护士”，邻里大师庭活动。

此次活动我们具体先容了项目标内容、目标及意义，让大师可以更好地介入到项目中来；组建社区自愿者团队，建立帮扶关系；并初步领会到老人的身材健康状态及用药状态。

最初，我们为老人发放了健康小药箱，以便老人们的药物寄存，可以更好的停止用药处置。
