镇江民生频道微信公众号盗用了我2008年拍摄的照片，不单不写图片来历于那里、作者是谁，还打上自己水印和电话。
此照片情形一样的内容不成能再现，镇江民生频道，你凭什么盗用摄影师辛劳拍来的照片？
