“你那盖子是啥做的？你们自己吃这个爆米花吗？”我诘责一个在黉舍门口四周用“炮弹转炉”炸爆米花的老头，很多小孩在买了吃。　　适才还“慈眉善目”的老头子（它们不配称老迈爷）立即变了脸，嘴里骂骂咧咧，恶毒低盯着我反问：“你问这个做啥？”我感觉，它展现的真相是恶鬼！我没有法子，赶紧走开，被被这恶鬼老头危险。真相，我要说出来！爆米花里的铅到底咋来的？
　　爆米花含铅，这是很多人都常说的。但铅咋跑到爆米花的，大都人不清楚。老式“炮弹转炉”爆米花机，炸出来的爆米花，含铅最高，能超标几千倍。它靠罐内外瞬间气压差爆出米花。关键是要盖子密封，才能有气压。靠啥密封？奥秘在盖子：铅饼，盖子内层的那层铅饼，能有2斤重。烧，转，铅被米花磨损，铅散到米花里，然后，几天就要在盖子上浇铸一层铅。大量的铅，就这样被吃掉了。
