昨天，尼尔森和阿里研讨院结合公布国内首份《快递最初100米办事趋向报告》显现，随着“双11”的到来，时代快递量估计将跨越10亿件，将再创天下记载。报告显现，基于消耗者需求，同享、多元的最初100米配送形式成为行业趋向。

统计数据表白，今朝74%的用户会利用代收办事，大部分用户暗示体验杰出，未来利意图愿激烈。其中，都会新人和小资白领最为喜爱，不经常在家、不用在家等待、更自在掌控时候等是首要缘由。阿里研讨院副院长杨健先容， 2016年快递业办事人次跨越600亿，是各类干线交通工具客运办事人次总和的3倍。估计到2020年，这一数字将跨越1500亿。​​​​
