合山公园成大型狗集会场所谁来管

有段时候了，这里天天上午、下午聚集着各类大型狗一群，进了公园就散放在东侧这个广场乱奔，狗屎乱拉，使来这里锻炼的旅客胆战心惊。这类情况已有很长时候了，置之不理，虽公园工具有两道大门，亦有保安把守，但对聚集遛狗漠不关心，难道非要等出了事才有人干涉吗？

公园围栏外侧的象山路人行道，天天一个看门老头，上午一次下午一次，牵着他养的四五只大中小狗出来拉屎撒尿，从本来焦化厂小车库他们革新的办公楼到红绿灯这段，拉的狗屎满地，这类情况已有几年，置之不理。
听说镇江有个管狗的办公室，能否来深入领会一下，拿出点办法管管？

这是早前拍的还不多，现在多出一倍还多；

这是出来溜的小狗，过会还有更大的狗出来在这条路上拉屎，这家伙已多年在此干着丧尽天良的事了；
